Tennessee Children's Home is committed to serving abused, neglected, abandoned, wayward, or orphaned children and youth, as well as their families, in a Christian manner. Their commitment to providing for the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs of the children and youth they serve has endured for over a century.

People Loving People provides food, warm clothing, heat provisions in the winter, cold water in the summer, basic hygiene items and more for those who are homeless.

Since their humble beginnings in 2006, The Well Food Outreach has brought food and comfort to over 1,700 families in the Spring Hill area. Learn more about these dedicated and compassionate people and the world they do in our community.

The Spring Hill Public Library provides library services to the City of Spring Hill and the areas of Williamson and Maury Counties that surround Spring Hill. They serve the community faithfully in their efforts to meet the recreational, educational, and informational needs of our patrons by providing books, videos, audio cassettes/CDs/DVDs and free internet services.
